They have homemade scoop ice cream with a variety of flavors. Leo's has been a local staple for years. I remember years ago enjoying this ice cream at Allen Dairy's big red barn, located on the Holly Pike, heading towards Mount Holly. I also remember their location near Target. Always a favorite and very local. The ice cream is very delicious. My wife's favorite flavor is corn bread, followed by the hot mango. Our kids love em all, and I am partial to cookies and cream and pumpkin when it's available. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. This is cash only. There's an ATM inside. There is plenty of parking and there is handicap parking. They have outside seating and bathrooms.

Love the ice cream here, I actually tried the cornbread ice cream and ended up loving it. My husband tried the cardamom walnut fig ice cream which was equally delicious. These are not flavors we’ve ever seen before or even something we normally go for, but they were very good. The staff was great, the ice cream was great, everyone was friendly and it was clean. We honestly went because we have a son named Leo and thought it was cute, but I’m so glad we did go. Very innovative, but also have the usual flavors you expect to find

Unbeatable! The ice cream is honestly the best in the area as far as I’m concerned. I personally love that it is cash only. Their prices are reasonable for the quality. I love the different cones you can get!

The ice cream was excellent. Very refreshing on a warm autumn afternoon. Watching the birds play in the dirt was a relaxing touch while we ate our cones outside on the patio.

Best ice cream in carlisle. They have a lot of different flavors ... butter pecan, smores, and cookie dough are my favorites. Waffle cones are fresh and delicious.

Ice cream is never bad, but if you're advertising that it's the best in the US, you need to back it up. I don't even think it's the best in the local area! Ice cream was okay for the price. They don't take credit cards despite it being 2023. They also don't have a bathroom either. For bathroom needs you'll need to use the port-a-potty outside in their parking lot.

With many options in carlisle, Leo's sits at the top. Not only price wise but in their options. Two solid scoops of ice cream for under five bucks and lots of really delicious options to choose from. Kids sizes available as well. Has the feel of a '50s malt shop inside.

Delicious homemade ice cream place. We ordered Salt Caramel, Butter Pecan, and Honey Sunflower Vanila. All of them were great. They have different kinds of cones. My son loves their Pretzel cone. There is a big covered patio area back of the store. One thing you remember is that they accept cash only.
